• This 3-months program was created by coach Ahmad who is the lead of Soccer Elite Academy from Canada. The academy counts over 1500 players and the majority of them are youth players

• Contains jumps, explosive exercises to increase reaction speed and much more
• Ideal for players at all positions, even goalkeepers
